• Apple Mail (Mac)

  1. Click Copy signature above.
  2. Mail → Settings → Signatures, then click +.
  3. Untick “Always match my default message font”, then paste into the signature box.

• Outlook

  1. Click Copy signature above.
  2. Settings → Signatures (on the web: Mail → Compose and reply).
  3. Create a new signature and paste. Outlook desktop shows the pitchfork still; the web and Mac apps animate it.

• Gmail

  1. Click Copy signature above.
  2. Settings ⚙ → See all settings → General → Signature.
  3. Create new, paste, then Save changes at the bottom.
